1. Membership and Subscription

By signing up for the GLP-1 Behavioral Support Membership, you agree to a monthly recurring subscription fee of $29.99. Your membership provides access to:

• Two (2) live coaching calls per month.
• Access to the private community and course materials.
• The Neuro Path behavioral framework and systems.

2. Billing and Cancellations

Recurring Billing: Your membership will automatically renew each month on the date of your initial purchase. Payments are processed securely via Kajabi/Stripe.

Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. No partial refunds are provided for mid-month cancellations.

3. Medical Disclaimer (Important)

Not Medical Advice: The content provided within this membership, including coaching calls and course materials, is for educational and behavioral support purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Consult Your Physician: Ryan Kopyar and The Neuro Path do not prescribe GLP-1 medications. You must remain under the care of a licensed medical doctor for your prescription and medical monitoring. 4. Professional Relationship Disclaimer

While Ryan Kopyar is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), participation in this group membership does not establish a clinical therapist-patient relationship. This is a coaching and educational program. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately.

5. Community Conduct

To maintain a safe and supportive environment, all members must:

• Respect the privacy of other members. What is shared in the community stays in the community.
• Refrain from bullying, harassment, or self-promotion/spam.
• Understand that we reserve the right to remove any member from the community without a refund if these conduct terms are violated.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, including videos, PDFs, and the “Neuro Path” framework, are the intellectual property of Ryan Kopyar and The Neuro Path. You are granted a limited license to use these for personal use only. Redistribution or resale of these materials is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Neuro Path and Ryan Kopyar, LPC, shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your participation in the program or the use of the information provided. Results are not guaranteed and depend on individual adherence and biological factors.
