Holding it inside isn't what makes you tough, It's what makes life tough.

Extinguishing Your Fears

We get so busy recycling the past, we forget how to create a new future. Escaping prevents us from feeling and feeling is integral to healing. Together in online therapy we will work to help you heal past wounds, and leave the past in the past.

Exciting News! New Insurances Accepted!

Ryan can now accept the following insurances: Oregon Health Plan – Open Card and Health Share Oregon. Learn more about how you can utilize telehealth to access these services from anywhere in Oregon!

Ryan’s mission and passion is to make high quality mental health care as accessible as possible for each person who wants to work with him. Ryan is very excited to announce that he is now able to work with Oregonians with “open card” Medicaid status, meaning they are enrolled in Oregon Health Plan but have not yet been assigned to a specific CCO.

If you have Medicaid/OHP and are in the Portland, Oregon area, your mental health coverage is likely provided by CareOregon/HealthShare, OpenCard, Trillium or Pacific Source.

To know what kind of insurance you have and if Ryan can accept your insurance you can check your ID card and it will tell you whether you have CareOregon/HealthShare, OpenCard, Trillium or Pacific Source.

If it says that you have CareOregon/Health Share or Open Card then that means Ryan accepts your insurance! Because Ryan wants to help as many people as possible, he currently sees all client via telehealth.

Learn more about how Ryan Kopyar Holistic Healing and Counseling delivers mental health services online as a telehealth practice:

Telehealth is known by a few other names such as ‘telemental health counseling’ and ‘online-therapy.’  Although telehealth has been available for several years now, the Covid-19 pandemic really brough telehealth to the forefront of medicine and health. Hectic schedules, busy lives, and long commutes made in-person counseling not sustainable for many people. If you are one of those individuals, online-therapy may be the right fit for you.

The waiting room is now the comfort of your own home or personal space. Telemental health counseling means no more stress about finding parking or loosing valuable personal time driving to our session. Another great part about telehealth is that we can have our counseling session together regardless of where you live in the state of Washington! For us to do our first counseling session together… You will need a private and comfortable space for our session which has a reliable and secure Internet connection. You can be on a laptop, desktop, phone or tablet, whatever is easiest for you.
