One of the biggest gaps that I have identified over more decade of working in the health and
wellness industry has been a lack of understanding on how and why self-care works. Most people would agree that health and wellness is important, but they do not always take the steps to
make it happen.
Why is that? What is the block?
We know it is important, our doctors, family and friends tell us we should. We know it helps and makes us feel better. Yet, most do not engage in these healthy activities. Therefore, Ryan has
created this four-course program on holistic Wellness. These courses are designed to take complicated information about health and Wellness and make it simple and actionable for you to act on to improve the health of your mind, body and soul.
